Return Policy

You may return an item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund provided returned items are in new or unused condition* . Divine Bliss will only accept returns with a return label which will be e-mailed to you upon request. Returned shipping will be deducted from balance of payment received along with a 5.00 processing fee to cover return processing costs. We are delighted to say we have had very few returns!!. Upon arrival of the returned goods , an inspection will be done and  a  refund (minus the cost of shippping and 5.00 processing fee ) will be sent directly to  the customer. If there are any questions after the inspection , notification will be made via e-mail.

*Jewelry & Ceramic  Tea Mugs  there are NO refunds on any of Divine Bliss Jewelry or Ceramic Tea Mugs
